What you may and may not do on Panosia Connect

Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes what you may and may not do when using Panosia Connect, operated by Panosia LLC. It applies to everyone who uses Panosia Connect: marriage candidates, community matchmakers, service providers, people who book services, and any other participants.

This AUP is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Violating this policy may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, at our sole discretion.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use Panosia Connect. By creating an account, you confirm you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly permit minors to use the Service.

If we discover that a user is under 18, their account will be immediately terminated and all associated data deleted. If you believe a minor has created an account, report it to connect@panosia.com immediately.

Zero-Tolerance Prohibited Content

The following are strictly prohibited and result in immediate, permanent account termination and may be reported to law enforcement:

  • Child sexual exploitation or abuse (CSEA/CSAM): Any content that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers minors — including but not limited to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming behaviour, or any sexual content involving anyone under 18. Any such content identified through user reports or moderation review is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), with full cooperation with law enforcement.
  • Sexual violence: Any content that depicts, glorifies, promotes, or facilitates sexual violence or rape, including written descriptions, images, or solicitations.
  • Non-consensual intimate content (NCII): Sharing, distributing, or threatening to distribute intimate or sexual images or videos of any person without their explicit consent (“revenge porn”).
  • Human trafficking and sex trafficking: Using the platform to recruit, solicit, advertise, facilitate, or support human trafficking, forced labour, or sex trafficking in any form. This includes luring victims under false pretences of marriage or employment.
  • Sexually explicit profile content: Uploading or sharing sexually explicit photos, videos, or written content. Panosia Connect is a family-friendly community, so all content must be appropriate for a family audience.

Illegal Activity

You must not use Panosia Connect for any purpose that violates applicable law, including:

  • Any form of fraud, identity theft, or impersonation
  • Money laundering or financing illegal activity
  • Violating export control, sanctions, or anti-money-laundering laws
  • Violating any individual's privacy rights under applicable data protection law
  • Listing or selling products that are illegal or restricted where you or the buyer are located, including alcohol, tobacco, medicines, weapons, counterfeit goods, or items that breach someone's intellectual property
  • Any other act that is illegal under applicable national, state, or local law

Prohibited Content & Behaviour

Fraud & Scams

  • Romance scams: Building a false relationship to extract money, gifts, or financial information from users or their families.
  • Fake profiles: Creating profiles using someone else's identity, photos, or fabricated credentials.
  • Financial solicitation: Requesting money, loans, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or financial account access from any user.
  • Phishing: Sending links or messages designed to steal login credentials or personal information.

Harassment & Abuse

  • Unwanted, repeated, or threatening communications toward any user
  • Stalking, intimidation, or coercive behaviour
  • Hate speech targeting any individual or group based on religion, ethnicity, gender, nationality, disability, or other protected characteristic
  • Doxxing — publishing another person's private information without consent

Escort, Sex Work & Transactional Relationships

Panosia Connect is for serious marriage introductions and for wedding and family services. It is not for dating or casual contact. You must not offer, ask for, or arrange:

  • Escort services or compensated companionship
  • Sex work of any kind
  • Casual or transactional sexual relationships
  • Any pay-for-company or pay-for-date arrangement

Misrepresentation

  • False information about your identity, age, marital status, education, employment, or intentions
  • Using photos that are not of you, are heavily altered, or are more than 5 years old without disclosure
  • Misrepresenting your matrimonial intentions (e.g. claiming to seek marriage while intending only casual contact)
  • False or misleading information about a service or product, such as its price, what is included, your licences or qualifications, or claims like halal or food-safe

Platform Abuse

  • Creating multiple accounts to evade restrictions or bans
  • Using bots, scripts, or automation to interact with the Service
  • Spam — bulk, unsolicited, or repetitive messages to users
  • Scraping or harvesting user data
  • Using a buyer's address or contact details for anything other than their order
  • Attempting to circumvent security controls or access systems you are not authorised to use
  • Interfering with the availability or integrity of the Service

Commercial Misuse

  • Advertising products, services, or businesses to other users outside the Services Marketplace (for example in messages or on your profile)
  • Using listing photos that misrepresent what a buyer will receive, or that you do not have the right to use (use stock or AI images only if you have the right to, and mark them as illustrative)
  • Offering or arranging services where you are alone with, or responsible for, children (such as childcare or one-to-one tutoring of minors)
  • Operating a for-profit matchmaking service through the platform, including offering paid introductions or matches between members as a Services Marketplace listing
  • Any business use of Panosia Connect other than offering or booking services or products through the Services Marketplace, as set out in the Services Marketplace section of our Terms of Service

Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behaviour that violates this policy, report it using the in-platform reporting tools or by emailing connect@panosia.com with subject line “AUP Violation Report.”

We review all reports promptly. For reports involving suspected child exploitation, we report to NCMEC and relevant law enforcement regardless of platform membership status.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take any action we deem appropriate, including:

  • Issuing a warning
  • Temporarily suspending your account
  • Permanently terminating your account
  • Removing content
  • Reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities

We may act without prior notice for zero-tolerance violations. We are not obligated to provide a reason for enforcement actions in all cases.
