I'm already married. Why should I open an account?

You don't need to be looking for a match yourself. As a verified Connector, you can browse candidates, share profiles with people you know, vouch as a reference for someone you trust, and even create and manage a full profile for a family member who isn't on the platform yet. Many married parents, siblings, and relatives join specifically to help others find their match.

How is this different from other matrimony sites?

Most matrimony sites lock family members out and charge large annual fees. Panosia Connect is built around the idea that your family is your best matchmaking team. Parents, siblings, relatives, and trusted community members can all participate actively — searching, shortlisting, and sharing biodatas — at no cost.

How do privacy settings work?

Every profile field has three visibility levels: Public (visible to everyone), Privately Shared (visible only to approved connections), and Hidden (visible only to you). You can set this individually for each piece of information — so for example your phone number can be hidden while your education is public.

Can I temporarily hide my profile from discovery?

Yes. Toggle your candidate status off in Profile Settings or Essential Actions. Your profile disappears from discovery immediately, and all your data is preserved. You can reactivate at any time.

Is verification mandatory?

No. Basic platform features are available without verification. However, verification unlocks full discovery access and direct messaging, since these features require a confirmed identity to maintain safety for all users. Families who want extra assurance for long-distance or international matches typically request it.

How do I permanently delete my account?

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and removes all profile data. If you're considering deletion because you're temporarily inactive, deactivating candidate mode is a less drastic alternative that preserves your information.
